摘要: 目的：调查新疆地区实习护生心理健康的状况与自我效能感的水平，并分析自我效能感对心理状况的影响。方法：采用一般自我效能感量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及一般资料问卷，对194名实习护生进行问卷调查，采用回归分析，探讨一般自我效能感对心理健康状况的影响。结果：实习护生一般自我效能感总均分为(2.77分 ± 0.58)，处于中等偏上水平；SCL-90得分为(1.51 ± 0.41)，高于全国青年组常模(P Objective: To investigate the Xinjiang area nursing students’ mental health and self-efficacy level, and analyze the influence of self-efficacy on mental health.
