摘要: 目的：探讨IgE，单胺氧化酶(MAO)在结节性痒疹中的作用。方法：选择确诊的结节性痒疹患者90例及其90例正常人，分别采用直接化学发光法检测其血清总IgE，采用连续监测法测定单胺氧化酶并进行比较。结果：结节性痒疹患者血清总IgE含量高于健康对照组(P Objective: To study the role of serum IgE and Monoamine oxidase (MAO) in Prurigo nodularis. Me- thods: 90 cases of Prurigo nodularis patients and 90 healthy controls were selected in the investigation. The total serum IgE were measured by Direct chemiluminescence method.
