并购是企业实现扩大规模以及技术升级的重要手段,然而并购整合成功的比率相对很低,因此并购中如何通过企业内外部整合实现企业的并购目标成为企业和学术界关注的关键问题。本文从成本最优化角度研究横向并购中供应商选择方案,建立以采购成本最小化的数学规划模型,求解得出最优整合方案,最后,用算例分析规划模型进行了演算分析,并用lingo软件求得最优规划方案,验证了用建立数学规划模型的思路解决横向并购中供应商整合问题的可行性。
Merger is a crucial method for enterprises to achieve scale expanding and prompt technology updating. However, the history has witnessed considerable failures. As a result, how to achieve the goal through the internal and external integration has become the focal issue for enterprises and researchers. From the aspect of cost optimization, this paper deals with supplier selection in horizontal merger. In this paper, purchase cost is analyzed by a mathematical model of purchase cost minimization. By solving the mathematical model, the optimal integration has been obtained. In addition, an example analysis is conducted and the best project is gained by the lingo software. It is suggested that mathematic model method is feasible to solve the problem of the supplier integration in the horizontal merger.
