李卫星，哈尔滨工业大学电气工程系副教授，博士生导师。IEEE (电气与电子工程师学会)，会员；中国电机工程学会，会员；国家自然科学基金委员会，通讯评议人；教育部科技发展中心科研基金和科技奖励，评审专家；国际会议IPEMC2012，副秘书长；Journal of Selected Areas in Renewable and Sustainable Energy, 编委，副编辑。2008年获得哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士学位论文奖，2005年获得黑龙江省电力公司软科学一等奖。
