葛茂发,中国科学院化学研究所研究员。曾先后在中国科学院化学研究所、德国洪堡大学,博士后;日本关西先端研究中心JSPS特别研究员;现为CNC-IGBP-SOLAS & IGAC工作组成员、中国气象学会大气成分委员会副主任、中国颗粒学会青年理事、中国化学会环境化学专业委员会委员、中国环境科学学会环境化学分会委员;为国家环境保护城市空气颗粒物污染防治重点实验室、大气边界层物理和大气化学国家重点实验室以及分子动态与稳态结构国家重点实验室学术委员会委员。任国际期刊Journal of Molecular Structure, TOCPJ, International Journal of Geosciences和国内期刊《光谱学与光谱分析》、《环境化学》和《分析仪器》编委。
