何怡刚，湖南大学电气工程系教授、博士生导师。任湖南大学电气工程系教授、博导，湖南大学电路系统测试技术研究所所长，湖南省政协委员，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。

电气科学与工程技术、自动测试与诊断装备、高速低压低耗集成电路、智能与实时信息处、智能电网、极大规模电路、混合信号电路与系统测试与诊断
