目标分子导向的合成新方法研究及分子复杂性构建。主要包括:

  1. 可见光催化、有机催化、过渡金属催化及串联催化反应
  2. 物理有机化学
  3. 具有重要生物活性或结构新颖的杂环化合物的设计合成及性能研究
  4. 杂环类天然产物的立体选择性合成
  5. 手性药物的合成。通过反应方法学的研究、发现简单高效高立体选择性和高原子经济性的化学反应,合成手性医药和农药先导化合物
