将天山橐吾干燥材料粉粹后,通过工业甲醇浸泡提取浓缩得到总浸膏(120 g)。然后采用多种柱层析(正相柱层析、反相柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析、高效液相色谱)以及重结晶的方法对天山橐吾全草进行分离纯化,最后结合各种波谱数据以及文献比对鉴定出化合物结构。共从其中分离出10个单体化合物,包括7个倍半萜类化合物和3个苯丙素类化合物:6β-hydroxy-8α-methoxyerem ophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8β-olide (1)、1β,10β-Epoxy-6β-hydroxy-8α-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8β-olide (2)、mathylation of 1β-hydroxy-6,9-diene-8-oxo-eremophil-(12)-oic acid (3)、sagittacin C (4)、2α-hydroxy-1βH,7αH,10αH-guai-4,11-(12)-dien-3-one (5)、(1β,3β,6β,8β,10β)-3-(angeloyloxy)-1,10-epoxy-6,8-dihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8,12α-olide (6)、Loliolide (7)、水杨酸(Salicylicacid) (8)、肉桂酸(cinnamic acid) (9)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid) (10)。
