宫颈癌(CC)是女性第四大恶性肿瘤,是最常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,每年预估有530,000例新发病例和270,000例死亡病例。子宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)是CC的癌前病变,包括宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ级(CIN2)、宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级(CIN3)。CC是唯一一种可以预防的恶性肿瘤,对HSIL的筛查以及规范治疗是减少浸润性子宫颈癌的重点内容。本研究通过对HSIL的筛查和治疗手段进行综述,以提高对HSIL的认识,推进HSIL防治工作,降低宫颈癌前病变以及CC的发病率。 Cervical cancer (CC) is the fourth largest malignancy in women and the most common malignancy of the female reproductive system, with an estimated 530,000 new cases and 270,000 deaths annually.
