年龄相关性白内障是目前最常见的致盲眼病之一,主要发生在50岁以上人群中,手术治疗仍是现阶段最有效的治疗手段。其发病机制主要为氧化应激、细胞凋亡、晶状体蛋白变性等;西医治疗包括手术治疗和药物治疗两类,目前临床上以超声乳化白内障摘除术作为主流手术方式,药物则以抗氧化损伤药、醛糖还原酶抑制剂等为主。中医治疗白内障历史早有记载,中药复方和单体药均可有效延缓本病的发展进程。除此之外,针灸疗法治疗本病亦颇有疗效,在历代医家不断探索下形成了独特的治疗手段。现对本病的中西医治疗研究进展进行综述。 Age-related cataract is one of the most common blindness-causing eye diseases, mainly occurring in people over 50 years old, and surgical treatment is still the most effective treatment at this stage.
