整体公正的研究已有近20年,产生了很多丰硕的成果,对很多领域产生了重要的影响。本文首先回顾整体公正的形成,接着根据整体公正的作用回顾了相关实证研究,即整体公正分别作为:前因变量、中介变量、调节变量。同时从团体层面上即整体公正氛围对整体公正在员工态度和行为方面的影响进行论述。最后在当今研究的基础上提出展望。为创建整体公正氛围、规范组织制度提供了启示。 The study of overall justice has been conducted for nearly 20 years, producing many fruitful results and having had an important impact on many fields. The study of overall justice has been conducted for nearly 20 years, producing many fruitful results and having had an important impact on many fields. This paper first reviews how overall justice is formed, and then reviews relevant empirical studies based on the role of overall justice , that is, overall justice as an antecedent variable, a mediator variable, and a moderator variable. The paper also reviews the impact of the overall justice climate on overall justice in terms of employee attitudes and behaviors. Finally, this paper presents an outlook based on today’s research. It provides enlightenment for creating an overall fair atmosphere and standardizing the organizational system.
