It is more and more common for patients with heart disease to have activities limitation, anxiety, depression, sleep disorder and so on, which leads to their failure to return to society and life normally. Cardiac rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the ability of aerobic exercise and reduce the anxiety and depression. Although the development of cardiac rehabilitation in China is not long, it has become the necessary way for heart disease patients to return to society.
