血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)发生和发展的确切原因仍不清楚,目前比较明确的机制包括与MTHFR、CBS相关的基因缺陷导致同型半胱氨酸,B6、B12缺乏,吸烟、感染等遗传和环境因素在TAO中扮演了重要的角色,本病并不一定是由一种发病机制单独起作用,而有可能是多因素联合作用的结果,及其相互关系仍需更多的研究予以验证。 The exact causes of the occurrence and development of thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO) are still unclear. So far, the mechanisms include the deficiency of homocysteine, vitamin B6 and B12 caused by the gene defect related to Methylene Tetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) and Cysta-thionine-β-synthase (CBS), smoking, infection, heredity and environment factors; and they play an important role in TAO. It’s probably that the TAO is the result of multi-factors rather than caused by only one single mechanism. The mutual relation between the factors still requires more research to prove.
